Requirements:

SERVER

• Female, with maximum 25 years old 
• Single 
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU/SMK, any field. 
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 
• Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
• Good appearance, presentable, with positive attitude and able to work in a team 
• Up sell drink and food items menu as directed by management 
• Focus oriented for customer satisfaction 
• Have good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
• Willing to work in shift and public holidays 
• Full-Time position(s) available 

BARTENDER/BARTENDRESS

• Male (bartender) with maximum age 28 
• Female (Bartendress) with maximum age 27 
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field 
• Considered applicants must have at least 1 years experience in bars/restaurants/hotels as a bartender 
• Has ability to create fresh, new and exciting cocktails 
• Having good knowledge and skill in mixology 
• Good appearance, Honest, Presentable, with positive attitude and able to work in a team 
• The ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, organized and have ability to work well in high volume environments 
• Willing to work in shift and public holidays 

HOUSEKEEPING

• Male/Female with maximum age 25 years old 
• Proactive personality, Diligent & Honest 
• Willing to work in shift and public holiday 

CASHIER (FLOOR)
Responsibilities:

• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits (EDC Machine) 
• Maintaining & Fully Responsible for the Cash at the cash drawer 

Requirements:

• Female, with maximum age 27 years old 
• Maximum graduated from SMU or SMK 
• Preferably have 1 year experience as Cashier in F&B 
• Familiar with Point of Sales (POS) System 
• Good appearance, Honest and willing to work in shift time and public holiday 

FEMALE HOST

• Female, with maximum age 25 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU/SMK, any field 
• Have a good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia 
• Having Minimum height 160 cm and have proportional weight with good appearance 
• Energic, communicative and focus oriented to customer’s satisfaction 
• Willing to work at shift time and public holiday 

GUEST RELATION OFFICER (GRO)

• Female, with maximum age 25 years old 
• Preferably having 1 years experience at the same position 
• Having an attractive personality 
• Good networking and good communication skill 
• Strong ability in both written and spoken English would be an advantage 
• Having Minimum height 160 cm and have proportional weight with good appearance 

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (HANDYMAN)

• Male with maximum 35 years old 
• Having minimum 1 years experience in the same position (preferably from Restaurant & Hotel Management) 
• Having good knowledge about maintenance electricity, water and other technical equipment 
• High integrity, discipline, diligent and able to work hard 
• Willing working at the shift time and public holiday 

SOUNDMAN (OPERATOR)

• Male, with maximum 30 years old 
• Having minimum 1 years experience in the same position (preferably from Restaurant & Hotel Management) 
• Having good knowledge to operate sound amplifier mixer, lightning, and band equipment 
• High integrity, discipline, diligent and able to work hard 
• Willing working at the shift time and public holiday 

COOK (KITCHEN)

• Male/Female, with maximum 27 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU/SMK, any field 
• Have minimum 1 years experience in the same position (restaurant, café or hotel) 
• High integrity, discipline, diligent and able to work hard 
• Willing working at the shift time and public holiday 

CHEF DE PARTIE (KITCHEN)

• Male/Female, with maximum 32 years old 
• Candidate must possess at Diploma 
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position (restaurant, café or hotel) 
• Good communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
• High integrity, discipline, diligent and able to work hard 
• Having good leadership to maintain his/her superior 
• Willing working at the shift time and public holiday
