2. QUALITY CONTROL ( Code: QC )

Responsibilities  & Requirements:

DRAFTER

Responsibilities 

• Directly responsible to the Head of R&D department, 
• Creating the design and working drawings for new products and develop old products 
• Find more effective manufacturing process for efficiency and time working for the company 
• Make all supporting documents : 3D drawings, technical drawings, packing instructions, assembly instructions,
• Monitor making of samples : from preparation of raw materials to packing simulations for new products, including make the bill of material, 
• Documenting the development of a product , from initial design to the amendments the most up to date 

Requirements:

1. Have experience of knock down furniture 
2. Good experience in furniture design 
3. Good skill English speech and writing 
4. Good skill computer, especially Auto cad 2D & 3D, Photoshop 
5. Bachelor degree / D3 

QUALITY CONTROL ( Code: QC )
Responsibilities:

• Creating quality of goods in accordance with the standards of the company and the buyer 
• Create a daily report on computer to Supervisor QC 
• Carry out inspections of products ready for shipment and inline checkings 
• Providing solutions to improve the quality of the product 

Requirements:

1. Have experience of knock down furniture 
2. Knows well of technical drawing 
3. D3 / Senior High Level 
4. Hard worker, rigorous, responsible, able at work under pressure, creative, solution & result oriented, speaking English & able computer 

SUPERVISOR FINISHING / SANDING
Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible to Production Manager 
• Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation at Finishing/Sanding Department 
• Mixing color 
• Ensuring painting with colors corresponding to the serial number 

Requirements:

1. Have experience of knock down furniture 
2. Good experience for adjusting color 
3. Knows well of technical drawing 
4. D3 / Senior High Level 
5. Hard worker, rigorous, responsible, able at work under pressure, creative, solution & result oriented, speaking English & able computer. 

HRD
Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible to Admin Manager 
• Preparing documents for personnel selection, recruitment, mutation, punishment and promotion 
• Prepare contract agreement, update jobs description 
• Checking personnel attendance, prepare employee salary payroll 
• Filing personal data, update data for leave, sick 
• Prepare/ revise company regulation 
• Coordination with government & stakeholder

Requirements:

1. D3 / Bachelor degree 
2. Have experience in human resources 
3. Good skill for computer 
4. Speaking English & writing 
5. Hard worker, rigorous, responsible, able at work under pressure, creative, solution & result oriented
