GA & HR MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• To manage and maintain a working relationship among other employee in our company. 
• To oversee payroll and employee attendance. 
• To create and to perform team recruitment in time to time. 
• Together with Director to create and to apply company regulation. 
• To create, manage and perform team training in timely scheduled. 
• To identify, classify and maintain all company assets. 

Requirements :

• Age minimal 35yrs 
• Minimum S1 from relevant major (psychology,law) 
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing employee more than 50 people. 
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) 
• People oriented and having an excellent interpersonal skill. 
• Know how to combine a smart work and hard work. 
• Team work oriented people, fun and dynamic.
