MARKETING COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Job description:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills 
  • Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask 
  • Ability to cope with pressure 
  • Creative, imagination and initiative 
  • Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs 
  • Retail and F&B (restaurant) preferred 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or equivalent 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field 
  • Full time position 
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job description:
  • The manager is able to open and closed the restaurant and run all aspect of the daily operation in service division 
  • Restaurant manager is responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor cost and other restaurant expenses 
  • Expected to have good understanding of all kitchen operation (but not expected to be able to prepare food nor train individual kitchen position) 
  • Must approve all schedule as well as approve all hiring, training and termination within his/her restaurant 
  • Expected to take active role in coordinating local marketing activity 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position 
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and post importantly positive attitude 
  • Well groom & presentable 
  • Willing to work late hours
SERVER
Job descriptions:
  • The server takes guest orders, serves (food, beverages, condiments and additional cutleries), prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing 
  • The server is the primary person responsible for cleaning and setting up tables 
  • He / She also be responsible for opening or closing seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by restaurant manager 
Requirements:
  • Hospitality background preferable 
  • Positive attitude, honest, hard worker, discipline, responsible and commitment on work 
  • Well groomed and presentable 
  • High minimum 158cm (F) and 163 (M) 
  • Active in English is a must 
  • Willing to work late hour
BARTENDER
Job descriptions:
  • Mix ingredients prepare cocktails and other drinks 
  • Arrange bottle and glasses to make attractive display 
  • Clean bars, work areas, tables and other equipment 
  • Bar inventory and stock bar and supplies 
Requirements:
  • Education minimum Diploma in hospitality / tourism 
  • Experience minimum 1 year in the same position 
  • Positive attitude, honest, hard worker, discipline, responsible and commitment on work 
  • Well groomed and presentable 
  • Active in English is a must

GUEST RELATION OFFICER
Job Description:
  • Making a guest feel welcomed, and work closely with the staff to meet the needs of their guests. 
  • Handling reservation procedure 
  • Handling all administration details related with reception area 
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 29 years old 
  • 2+ years of experience in the same field 
  • Min. holding a Diploma Degree 
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and post importantly positive attitude 
  • Good knowledge of Reception operation 
  • Good command of English 
  • Communicative, and have a good leadership skill 
  • Good & pleasant grooming 
  • Able to do basic administration / computer literature
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Job Description:
  • Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server & Captain). 
  • Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning. 
  • Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing. 
  • Report to Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience. 
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude. 
  • Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST. 
  • Must be a highly committed individual. 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Well groomed and Presentable. 
  • Willing to work late hours. 
  • Willing to be placed at new outlets
