Bringing to ourcustomers the best legendary Arabian & Western dishes with finest spices and meats, we offers our client a comfortable an cozy spot experiance that is both affordable and inspiring. We are currently looking for experianced young profesionals to join the team at Marakez Resto.

RESTO SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the overall activities performance of the resto
• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Planning and managing the daily operations (Inc. staffing, hiring, training, etc.)
• Directing all staff efforts to increase overall sales
• Handling all clients feedback including complaints and compliments
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in supervising a resto (preferably mid to high end resto)
• Proven track record in resto management
• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have an extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Able to work independently to achieve targets
• Computer literacy and familiar with resto management software

SERVER / WAITER

• Pria, usia maks 25 tahun, single
• Berpengalaman di Resto minimal 1 tahun
• Berpenampilan menarik
• Berkepribadian baik, jujur & ramah
• Lulusan D3 Perhotelan lebih diutamakan
• Bersedia kerja shift
