Megaland Hotel is a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates want to join our dynamic team as: 

1. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (CODE : DOSM) 
2. FRONT DESK AGENT (CODE : FDA) 
3. BANQUET & WAITER (CODE : BW) 

General reqruitments :


DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (CODE : DOSM)

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 3 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4-Star Hotel 
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen 
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue 
• Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current 
• Highly motivated, full initiative, excellent interpersonal skill, strongly on leadership and team work, strong managerial skill 
• Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent 
• Fluency in English both oral and written 

FRONT DESK AGENT (CODE : FDA)

• Male 
• Min. Education D1 
• Computer skill : minimum office programs 
• Experience in the same position min 1 year 
• Good communication in English both verbal & written 
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Actractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming 

BANQUET & WAITER (CODE : BW)

• Male 
• Min. Education D1 
• Computer skill : minimum office programs 
• Experience in the same position min 1 year 
• Good communication in English both verbal & written 
• Review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) or Event Plan at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set as per the customer request 
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Actractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming
