General reqruitments : 

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (CODE : DOSM) 

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 3 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4-Star Hotel 
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen 
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue 
• Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current 
• Highly motivated, full initiative, excellent interpersonal skill, strongly on leadership and team work, strong managerial skill 
• Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent 
• Fluency in English both oral and written 

FRONT DESK AGENT (CODE : FDA) 

• Male 
• Min. Education D1 
• Computer skill : minimum office programs 
• Experience in the same position min 1 year 
• Good communication in English both verbal & written 
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Actractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming 

ENGINEERING STAFF (CODE : ES) 

• Male 
• Min D3 graduate in relevant studies 
• Relevant experience min 2 years 
• Experience in hospitality industry is preferred 
• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality 
• Honest, sincere, dedicated 

STORE & RECEIVING (CODE : SR) 

• Experience in the same position at least 1 years at hospitality industri 
• Min D3 graduate in accountancy 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Highly motivated with good personality, honest, trust worthy and able to work independently and team 
• Service oriented personality 

PURCHASING (CODE : PUR) 

• Experience in the same position at least 1 years at hospitality industry 
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Communicating, Negotiating and Bargaining Skill 
• Wide connection with supplier is a must 
• Highly motivated with good personality, honest, trust worthy and able to work independently and team 
• Service oriented personality 

COST CONTROL (CODE : CC) 

• Experience in the same position at least 1 years at hospitality industri 
• Min D3 graduate in accountancy 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
