The Park Mall Solo Baru is the most luxurious new mall in Central Java which located in Solo Baru Sukoharjo. In order to improve our service to loyal customer, The Park Mall is looking for competent, self motivated and dynamic candidates to fill this following position: 

1. MARKETING / LEASING MANAGER
2. MARKETING / LEASING EXECUTIVE
3. PURCHASING
4. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
6. FOODCOURT CASHIER

Requirements & Responsibilities:

MARKETING / LEASING MANAGER

• Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Marketing or any other related background from reputable university
• Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years experience as Marketing / Leasing in Mall or Shopping Center with great team work and creative ideas.
• Having strong ability to communicate, negotiate and analytical skills.
• Having strong knowledge & skill related with marketing both personnal client and or corporate client.
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented

MARKETING / LEASING EXECUTIVE

• Male/Female, single, maximum age 27 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field 
• Active, sociable, and adaptable
• Having a network/database EO or UKM Solo and the surrounding area
• Able to work in teams
• Having experience at least 1 year in Exhibition Marketing (Casual Leasing)

PURCHASING

• Male/Female 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, any field 
• Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing
• Have a driving license A & C
• Honest, strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented
• Able to work under pressure & target oriented

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

• Male/Female 
• Min. experience 1 year in Account Receivable
• Posses at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Has capability in maintaining financial records, making financial reports and account receivable reports
• Tough, self determined, and willing to work with target

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Female 
• Good looking
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 160cm 
• Candidate must possess at least high school
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Attractive , strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Communication in English is a must 
• Good telephone etiquette with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays

FOODCOURT CASHIER

• Female, maximum age 25 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least a High school or equal
• Minimum 1 year experience as Cashier 
• Attractive
• Honest, strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Willing to work in rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
