Megaland Hotel is a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates want to join our dynamic team as : 

1. HR MANAGER (Code : HR)
2. FO MANAGER (Code : FOM)
3. SOUSE CHEF (Code : SC)
4. SALES EXECUTIVE (Code : SE)

General reqruitments : 

HR MANAGER (Code : HR Manager) 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in others or equivalen 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry 
• Excellent understanding in Payroll, BPJS, Performance Appraisal, Recruitment and Trainning 
• Good relationship & leadership 
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resource or equivalent 

FO MANAGER (Code : FOM)

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position 
• Computer skill : minimum office programs 
• Good communication in English both verbal & written 
• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Actractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming 
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Hotel Management /Tourism Services or equivalent

SOUSE CHEF (Code : SC) 

• Male 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
• Able to cook western, oriental, and traditional food 
• Have the ability to work both in a team or individually and under pressure 
• Leadership and communication skills 
• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality 
• Honest, sincere, dedicated, creative and innovative 
• Have a permit driving and personal vehicle 

SALES EXECUTIVE (Code : SE) 

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
• Have acknowledge about banquet product and system 
• Familiar with function room regulation is a must 
• Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
• Must have achieved a track record of achieving sales target in current 
• and previous organizations
