Requirements :


F&B OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the club's food & beverage department. Responsible for hiring, training and oversight of F&B staff, along with, private parties, ala carte dining and other events. This position will report directly to the General Manager. 
  • Responsible for profit goals of the food & beverage operation 
  • Develops, maintains and administers a sound business and organizational plan for the property's food & beverage operations; 
  • Trains and supervises all key food & beverage employees of the property 
  • Assists with the club's chef in the creation and pricing of the club's menus for ala carte dining 
  • Consistently assures that the club's food & beverage services are operated in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws 
  • Ensures that all safety and sanitation standards are in compliance with local/state health department regulations 
  • Creates and implements all policies & procedures for the club's F&B department 
  • Ensures the highest standards for the club's food & beverage services 
  • Analyzes financial statements for the food & beverage operations (income and expenses) relative to budgeted goals and takes corrective measures as necessary 
  • Participates in promotional/outside activities that are judged appropriate by the Club Manager to enhance the presence of the property in the local community 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Club Manager 
Requirements:
  • Must have 3-5 years related experience in food & beverage operations with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation 
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills 
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience 
  • Must have a strong business atitude 
  • A four-year college degree preferred, but not required 

SOUS CHEF
Responsibilities:
  • Sous Chef is a management position responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen such as kitchen schedule, kitchen operational and staff performance. He/She will make daily decisions on which areas of work his staff will work on and oversee both their working methods and the end product (food) created. 
  • Will be a major part of his role as he/she will introduce chefs to new techniques and working methods in order to create the dishes that he or the Head Chef may have designed or decided upon Ensured as each dish that goes out does so under the Sous Chef's scrutiny and he/she may add finishing touches. 
  • Must be done daily and the Sous Chef must have a handle on exactly how much produce is needed versus how much he/she has or consistency product quality in the outlet and the implementation of the kitchen hygiene. 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, preferably Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent 
  • Male/Female max. age 35 
  • Strong Leadership 
  • Highly motivated and widely range creativity 
  • Interpersonal skill, out going and dynamic 
  • Communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently and concisely to their team 
  • Able to work under pressure and be able to work immediately 


MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
  • Approach, with new customers, Sponsor, media 
  • Responsible for developing marketing plan and effective implementation of planned strategies and action programs 
  • Motivate, trainee and coach marketing staffs in their duties 
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve challenging sales goals 
  • Develop department budgets and forecasts and manage expenses within approved budget 
  • Monitor competitor’s marketing 
  • Liaise with related General Manager to improve performance 
  • Analyze and recommend incentive programs or compensation that can boost marketing staffs’ performance 
  • Maintaining accurate detailed and applicable contact data in the database 
  • Review sales reports and updates 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (min.) in related field 
  • five years’ experience (min.) in marketing or related area 
  • Previous experience in marketing in the financial industry, rental companies will be highly regarded 
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing department 
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and properly support people 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work 
  • Strong leader and ability to work in a team 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written 

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, with maximum 30 years old 
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position (Restaurant, Event Organizer, & Hotel Management) 
  • Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
  • Able to develop a marketing strategy for the company 
  • Able to plan marketing programs, promotions, sales and events 
  • Excellent leadership and organization skill 
  • Strong ability in both written and spoken English 
  • Good Networking 
  • Good Appearance 
  • Good Communication Skills 
  • Good Computer skills 

BAR MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
  • Advise guests on cocktail & wine choices 
  • Prepare cocktail orders and wine orders 
  • Create & develop additional cocktails – alcoholic & non-alcoholic 
  • Maintain Bar area, stock and equipment including stock requirements / orders 
  • Continually monitor the beverage stock items per daily, and communicate any shortages to the Cost Control 
  • Prepare drinks during special events 
  • Be prepared to share and teach skills to fellow bar staff 
  • Manage Bar areas inc. Stock Takes, order requirements Manage Bar areas inc. Stock Takes, order requirements 
  • Satisfy all customer requirements by ensuring that the service is constantly maintained at a consistently high standard with particular focus on regular clientele in the Public Bar 
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age max 32 years old 
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field. 
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word Perfect. 
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skill. 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Bartender Supervisor. 
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. 
  • Full-Time position(s) available. 

FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
  • Male/female, with maximum 28 years old 
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position ( Restaurant & Hotel Management ) 
  • Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills. 
  • Have excellent service knowledge 
  • Friendly, energized and outgoing personality 
  • Strong ability in both written and spoken English 
  • Hard Worker and should be able to work under pressure to meet deadline 
  • Good Networking 
  • Good Appearance 
  • Good Communications skills 


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
Requirements:
  • S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Accounting Supervisor or experience working at public accountant would be an advantage 
  • Having certification of Brevet A/B courses would be an advantage 
  • Able to maintain/manage & analyze cash flow 
  • Familiar & Having experience in operating POS System & Accounting Software 
  • Fluent in written and oral English 
  • Good Relationship, Communicative, Analytical skill and hard worker 
  • Honest, Highly Motivated, Capable to lead his/her team. 

F & B COST CONTROL
Requirements:
  • Male, with maximum 35 years old 
  • Have minimum 1 years experience in the same position ( Restaurant & Hotel Management ) 
  • S1 / D3 graduated in accounting or finance 
  • Able to operate F&B Program 
  • Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
  • Able to maintain Cost analysis and management 
  • Able to make Cost of Goods Sold ( COGS/HPP ) report 
  • High integrity, discipline, honest, good communication skill, and diligence 

PURCHASING 
Requirements:
  • Male, with maximum 33 years old 
  • Have minimum 1 years related experience in Food & Beverage Business 
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 
  • Having a wide network (with supplier) & Having good product knowledge in Food & Beverage Business 
  • Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
  • High integrity, discipline, Honest, good communication skill, and diligence 

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, with maximum 27 years old 
  • Have minimum 1 years experience in the same position 
  • S1 / D3 graduated in accounting or finance 
  • Able to operate Accounting System 
  • Good personality, able to work hard and under pressure 
  • Able to provide data for generate balance sheet, profit and lost, cash flow management 
  • High integrity, discipline, honest, good communication skill, and diligence
