Minimal 5 years experience at the same position in Chinese Food at Chinese Restaurant
Maximum 35 years old
Honest, tough and ready to accept criticism & input
Creative and innovative
Able to make recipe & calculate food cost
Able to work under pressure
Always update with new idea & menus especially unique menu which can be implemented in hotel
