- Gathering user requirements
- Doing the System Analysis and Design by employing UML and related tools
- Leading a team of Software Engineers during system implementation, testing and maintenance
- Mentoring junior Software Engineers
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 3 year experience in Java Programming and Object-oriented Programming
- Proficient in SQL and SQL/PSM
- Posses a strong problem solving skill
- Proficient in UML modeling
- Knowledge of OO Design Pattern is an advantage
- Good understanding of accounting, payroll, inventory & sales system is an advantage
- Good in written English (reading and writing skill)
- Excellent personality and attitude
