The Park Mall Solo Baru is the most luxurious new mall in Central Java which located in Solo Baru Sukoharjo. In order to improve our service to loyal customer, The Park Mall is looking for competent, self motivated and dynamic candidates to fill this following position: 

1. MARKETING COMMUNICATION (MARCOMM) MANAGER 
2. CIVIL STAFF 
3. MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

MARKETING COMMUNICATION (MARCOMM) MANAGER 

• Age maximum 38 years old 
• Excelent health condition 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Marketing or any other related background from reputable university 
• Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years experience as Marcomm Manager in Mall or Shopping Center with great team work and creative ideas. 
• Able to operate softwares like Adobe, Photoshop, Windows Office 
• Able to create integrated marketing communication concept and strategy 
• Involved in building strong brand awareness as well as handling for promotions, media placements and events. 
• Fluent in English is a must 
• Having strong ability to communicate, negotiate and analytical skills. 
• Target oriented 
• Having strong knowledge & skill related with marketing and customer relation both personnal client and or corporate client. 
• Good manner, positive attitude, dicipline, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and willing to work underpressure. 

CIVIL STAFF 

• Male, maximum age 30 years old 
• Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 
• Min. experience 1 year in mall 
• Creative, inovative, and skillful 
• Willing to work overtime 
• Mastering AutoCAD 
• Able to work with target, accurate, honest, & well organized 

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS 

• Male 
• Posses at least High School / Diploma from Engineering Technic 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Expert in handling plumbing,AC,genset and chiller 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays 

CUSTOMER SERVICE 

• Female 
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 160cm 
• Candidate must possess at least high school 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Communication in English is a must 
• Good telephone etiquette with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays 

DOORMAN 

• Male 
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 170cm 
• Candidate must possess at least a high school education 
• Fresh Graduates 
• Strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
