Requirements & Responsibilities: 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER 

• Male/Female 
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Have experience min. 5 years in property, mall, or hospital
• Strong character, self motivated, willing to learn and service oriented

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF 

• Male/Female 
• Min. experience 1 year in Accounting
• Posses at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Has capability in maintaining financial records, and making financial reports
• Tough, self determined, and willing to work with target

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR 

• Male 
• Posses at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Engineering Technic 
• Min. experience 5 year in mechanical electrical field
• Expert in handling plumbing,AC,genset and chiller
• Have a strong leadership skills
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to mobile to other company sites

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS 

• Male 
• Posses at least High School/ Diploma from Engineering Technic 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Expert in handling plumbing,AC,genset and chiller
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays

CIVIL STAFF

• Male, maximum age 35 years old
• Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. experience 3 years in building construction (property, mall, or hospital)
• Creative, inovative, and skillful
• Willing to work overtime and mobile to all group site
• Mastering AutoCAD
• Able to work with target, accurate, honest, & well organized

SENIOR LEGAL

• Female/Male, maximum age 35 years old
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working as legal senior staff in mall or property
• Required skill : can make lease agreement, knows the law of Republic of Indonesia about leasing and contract, can handle all business permit
• Willing to work under pressure and target oriented
• Honest, meticulous, and strict to rules
• Able to work in teams
• Familiar with correspondence and filing

SENIOR PURCHASING

• Male/Female 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, any field 
• Minimum 4 year experience as Purchasing
• Have a driving license A & C
• Honest, strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented
• Able to work under pressure & target oriented
• Willing to mobile to all group site

MARKETING EXHIBITION 

• Male/Female, single, maximum age 30 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field 
• Active, sociable, and adaptable
• Have a network/database EO and vendors all over Indonesia (national level)
• Able to work in teams
• Having experience at least 3 year in Exhibition Marketing (Casual Leasing)
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR GENERAL MANAGER

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Posses at least Bachelor's degree from any major 
• Strong character, willing to work under pressure to achieve target
• Skills :
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

FOODCOURT CASHIER

• Female, maximum age 25 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least a High school or equal
• Minimum 1 year experience as Cashier 
• Attractive
• Honest, strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Willing to work in shift, including weekends and public holidays

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION STAFF

• Male / Female, good looking
• Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing
• Min. experience 2 years at the same field
• Active, sociable, and adaptable
• Have a network / database about start up, communication, banking, or automative companies
• Willing to work underpressure and at target
• Able to work in teams
• Mastering Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), PDF, & Photoshop

TENANT RELATION STAFF

• Male / Female, good looking
• Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Communication
• Min. experience 2 years as Tenant Relations in Malls or other Property Business
• Active, sociable, and adaptable
• Having capability to handle complaints
• Willing to work under pressure and at target
• Willing to work in shift, including weekends & public holidays
