Your responsibilities will be: 

• Develop and maintain software solutions by: 
• Studying information needs. 
• Conferring with stakeholders (PO, BA and Users). 
• Studying systems flow, data usage and work processes. 
• Investigating problem areas. 
• Provide code testing (unit testing, e2e testing, etc) 
• Follow the software development lifecycle. 
• Participate in peer reviews, checking the code of other developers’ pull requests, providing feedback about code quality, possible errors or areas of improvements. 
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layout, diagrams, code comments and clear code. 
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating problem definition, requirements, analysis and proposed solutions. 
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures related with influence of the software scope. 
• Analyze and plan installation of software by considering system specifications, performance and best practices. 
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computer equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. 
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential. 
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues. 
• Accomplish engineering and organization missions by completing related results as needed. 
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities. 
• Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale.

• Expert at FIGMA for user experience prototyping

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with Java, Go or Python.
• At least 2 years of experience with event driven architecture.
• Experience with:
• Event sourcing architecture
• CǪRS
• Domain Driven Design
• Microservice
• OOP
• Experience with PostgreSǪL, Oracle or any other relational database.
• Experience developing complex client-facing applications at a scale.
• Experience with code testing (unit test, integration test, etc).
• Knowledge of Git, Unix/Linux.
• Self-motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with working within scrum teams.
• A team player with a will to cooperate with his/her coworkers.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Passionate about technology.
• It would be nice if you have:
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience with Dart, Flutter or JavaScript.
• Experience with reactive programming.
• Experience with cybersecurity.

FLUTTER ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with Android/iOS development of applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.
• At least 1 year of demonstrable experience developing mobile applications in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with third-party libraries, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs.
• In depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing and building;
• Knowledge of Git, Android Studio, VS Code.
• Experience with Material Design and Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Know how to deal with app performance and different screen sizes. 
• Familiarity with push notifications.
• Self-motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with working within scrum teams.
• A team player with a will to cooperate with his/her coworkers.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Passionate about technology.
• Product driven mindset.
• It would be nice if you have:
• Experience with front-end development using frameworks, HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Experience with Bitrise CI or other mobile CI.
• Experience with Flux, Redux, and Rxjs is Preferred.
