Requirements :
- Min. Education - S1 All Major
- Max. 30 years old
- Have 1 years experience in Related Field (preferably), open for Fresh Graduates
- Have proficiency in English
- Ready to work in Shifting Hours
- Ready to join Training for 1 month
- Complete 3 Doses of Covid-19 vaccine
- Placement Kartasura - Solo
- Receive complaints / requests / questions about products or promos from customers via calls, emails, applications and social media
- Provide good solutions & up-to-date information to customers according to company procedures
- Create customer / non customer reporting ticket
- Ready to work on target
