Ketentuan Lowongan Kerja PERSIS Solo Operational Manager, Accounting, Data Analyst, Project Officer

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Manage, lead and responsible for all operational systems
Develop and implement operations system, policies and checklist regarding operational and ensure optimal & effective day-to-day operations
Maintain consistency in service standard and cost efficiency
Work with the team and another division to determine values and missions, and plan for short and long-term goals
Develop and implement KPI assessment of current members
Responsible for all ops-related administrative, data & reports
Responsible for liaising and manning relationships with key operations vendors

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, from any major. Two or more years of proven experience in an operations management role
Excellent understanding of operational systems
Strong management skill in operational systems, people management and excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations
Excellent managerial, interpersonal and communication skill is a must
Able to work well at fast-paced and under pressure situation
Willing to be placed in Surakarta, Central Java

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities :

Make account journaling, daily/weekly/monthly reports relates to Accounting, Finance and Taxation
Reconcile and follow up on all exiting accounts
Assist the Internal Auditor and External Auditor Audit Process
Organize all related documents properly
Perform other tasks related to accounting

Requirements :

Minimum Associate Degree (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
One year of proven experience in an accounting role
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Having knowledge in balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and tax
Abe to operate Accurate (Accounting Software)
Willing to be placed in Surakarta, Central Java

DATA ANALYST (JUNIOR & SENIOR)

Responsibilities :

Processing data (via query data) and present insights in the form of data visualization/dashboard or report
Translating business needs into insights, recommendations, and data presentation
Assisting business users in providing data and requesting data
Design, build, and drive adoption of data dashboards, such as pipeline management and conversion funnel metrics
Build data dashboards to monitor team performance and efficiency metric

Requirements :

Two or more years of proven experience in a data analyst role
Strong data analysis skills and experience with data programming language and visualization software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Metabase, etc)
Preferably to have a portfolio to make data visualization
Willing and fast to learn
A good problem solver and proficient in English
Comfortable managing various work streams simultaneously
Willing to be place in Surakarta, Central Java

PROJECT OFFICER

Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned programs
Provide administrative support and serve as a liaison between team and partner
Manager internal and external partners relationship for all assigned programs
Travel to the company's needs, as and when required
Liaise with and support new hubs to ensure effective implementation of PERSIS's programs

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in any fields, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Previous experience in project officer or a similar role and familiar with project management tools/software would be an advantage
Highly organized and strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to be placed in Surakarta, Central Java
