Lowongan Kerja Sales Support di PT Natura Aromatik Solo - We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Staff with a passion for supply chain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be fairly new to the business but would be eager to learn the tricks of the trade from a mentor.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring timely delivery of our products to our customers
• Identifying and maintaining good relations with (new) freight forwarders
• Executing a bidding process among shipping agents and identifying the bet rates for each shipment
• Bookings for shipment of our products with freight forwarders
• Arranging stuffing schedules
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure a smooth shipping process
• Understanding and being able to handle the various shipping documents related to exporting products from Indonesia
• Maintaining close relationships with government agencies regarding to shipping of our products

Requirements :

• Approx. 1 year of experience in a sales support or related role
• Strong interest in supply chain issues and logistics
• Eager to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Great interpersonal skills
