The candidate will be responsible for civil works such as foundation construction, mounting structure installation, field team coordination, and ensuring the work is carried out according to project standardsmand timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements Loker Solo Bulan Agustus 2025 di PT HME

• Education: Preferably a graduate of D3/S1 in Civil Engineering Fluently in English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in infrastructure and solar power plant (PLTS) projects Experience in foundation work, lightweight steel structures, concrete casting, or solar mounting structure installation 
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Able to read civil construction drawings and understand field work methods
• Skilled in using civil measurement tools (theodolite, waterpass, tape measure, etc.)
• Knowledge of safety procedures (K3) in construction projects
• Capable of performing concrete work, soil compaction, and leveling with accuracy
• Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted PLTS mounting structure work is an advantage
• Soft Skills:
• Disciplined, responsible, and a strong team player
• Willing to work on project sites (including out-of-town or remote areas)
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Additional Requirements:
• Possessing a general/construction safety (K3) certificate is a plus
• Having a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) is preferred
• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to work outside of Java
