DIGITAL MARKETING

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related Field.
• Proven experience in managing brand social media
• Passionate about creative industry, Food and Beverage, Pop Culture, and Lifestyle Trends
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in content planning and social analytics.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visuals and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Resposibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for A&M Co. Group social media channels.
• Develop monthly content calenders align with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operational teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor social trends, pop culture, Food abd Beverage Industries to Inspire relevant content.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
• Optimize Search Engine & Social Media Platforms.
• Engage with followers and key community members to grow brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs. and media partners for social campaigns.
• Support offline-to-online campaigns and product launches through social strategles.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Able to operate Adobe families
• Montion graphic skill
• Creative & dynamic
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Good team work
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Have high commitment to the job
• Ability to multi-task

Job Desc:

• Make visual concept
• Create design layout

CONTENT CREATOR

Requirement:

• Having experience in social media or content production will be a plus
• Continuously learning & up to date with the latest trend/development content
• Able to work underpressure & tight deadline
• Good team work
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Creative & dinamic
• Able to editing video

Job Desc:

• Create videos for commercial use
• Make content planner
• Develop & implement from ideas to content

STAF ACCOUNTING

Requirement:

• Minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama
• Teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Menguasai siklus akuntansi dan pencatatan jurnal.
