DATA & QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional, passionate about data accuracy and quality assurance, to be part of the dynamic team at STIE Surakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and validate academic and institutional data from various units.
Prepare accurate and well-structured reports to support internal and external audits.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all documentation.
Support quality assurance processes by maintaining proper records and evidence.
Collaborate with academic and administrative units to complete data requirements.

Qualifications:

Open to all educational backgrounds with strong interest in data management.
Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Sheets), with the ability to use formulas for data processing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
Good analytical and organizational skills, with a structured approach to work.
Effective communication skills to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong willingness to learn and adapt.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER + VIDEO EDITOR

We are looking for a young, highly creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop consistent brand assets and maintain a strong visual identity.
Design marketing collaterals, infographics, and promotional materials.
Create and edit engaging videos for social media marketing campaigns.
Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube.
Add animations, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and keep visual brand consistency.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Basic knowledge of live multimedia tools like OBS or Resolume.
Medium knowledge of digital platforms and marketing tools is considered.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferably domiciled in Solo Raya.

PHOTOGRAPHER + VIDEOGRAPHER STAFF

We are looking for a young, highly creative professional with strong expertise in Photography & Videography to be the part of the great team of STIE Surakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct photo and video shoots across a wide range of subjects, including portraits, events, classes, and more.
Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition for every shoot.
Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal, correct imperfections, and maintain authenticity.
Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand project objectives, themes, and desired outcomes-offering creative input and suggestions to elevate content.
Communicate effectively with clients, subjects, and team members to ensure a smooth and professional shooting experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
Strong visual and artistic sensibility with attention to composition, lighting, expressions, and detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
