SALES BAKERY

• Minimal sebagai Sales 4 tahun di bidang Industri Bakery
• Pendidikan minimal D3
• Bersedia dinas di luar kota 
• Sanggup bekerja keras, disiplin & gerak cepat
• Kreatif, inovatif & berpikir out the box

GUEST RELATION OFFICER

• Pria/Wanita
• Pendidikan SMK/D3/S1 semua jurusan
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal bekerja 1 tahun
• Sanggup bekerja keras, disiplin & gerak cepat
• Kreatif, inovatif & berpikir out the box

MARKETING

• Pengalaman bekerja minimal 4 tahun
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang F&B atau Hospitality, dengan minimal 2 tahun di posisi Manajerial/Supervisor
• Pendidikan minimal D3.
• Sanggup bekerja keras, disiplin, & gerak cepat
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Kreatif, inovatif, dan mampu berpikir out of the box

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related Field
• Proven experience in managing brand social media
• Passionate about creative industry, Food and Beverage, Pop Culture, and Lifestyle Trends
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in content planning and social analytics.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visuals and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for A&M Co. Group social media channels.
• Develop monthly content calenders align with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operational teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor social trends, pop culture, Food and Beverage industries to inspire relevant content.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
• Optimize Search Engine & Social Media Platforms.
• Engage with followers and key community members to grow brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs. and media partners for social campaigns.
• Support offline-to-online campaigns and product launches through social strategies.
