ACADEMIC DOCUMENTATION & DATA SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

STIE Surakarta is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to enhance our academic support ecosystem. This role requires an expert in document creation, data processing, and Google Workspace tools, who will contribute both to student learning and to institutional quality assurance initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who is precise, analytical, fast-learning, and fully committed to supporting academic excellence through well-designed documentation and data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize academic documents using Google Docs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.
Perform advanced data processing and analysis using Google Sheets (including formulas, dashboards, automation, and data validation).
Serve as a student tutor/mentor in areas related to administrative documentation, digital productivity, and data analysis.
Support the PPMI (Quality Assurance Unit) in preparing reports, data summaries, templates, and documentation required for accreditation and internal quality audits.
Standardize and maintain documentation procedures to ensure consistency across academic units.

Qualifications:

Open to all educational backgrounds with strong interest in data management.
Proven expertise in Google Docs and Google Sheets, including advanced formatting, collaborative workflows, and complex spreadsheet functions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to teach or guide students effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Professional attitude with strong integrity, discipline, and accountability.
Experience in academic documentation, data reporting, or quality assurance processes is a strong advantage.
Preferably based in the Greater Solo area.

ASSISTANT LECTURER (ACCOUNTING & MANAGEMENT)
