MARCOMM & PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop & execute brand & communication strategies
  • Create content for campaigns, PR, and social media 
  • Manage marketing campaigns & monitor performance
  • Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams
  • Support PR, media relations, and events
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing Communication/Branding
  • Strong writing & campaign management skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, familiar with marketing tools
  • WFO & willing to relocate to Sukoharjo
WAREHOUSE ADMIN STAFF
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Input & kontrol keluar-masuk barang secara akurat
  • Mengelola dokumen gudang (DO, PO, invoice)
  • Membuat laporan stok harian/mingguan/bulanan
  • Support stock opname & monitoring selisih stok
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal & pihak logistik
  • Update data menggunakan Excel / Google Sheets
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min. D3/S1 (Administrasi / Akuntansi / Logistik)
  • Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di admin gudang / inventory
  • Teliti, rapi, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan data
  • Menguasai Excel / Google Sheets
  • Bersedia WFO di gudang
  • Pengalaman ERP (Odoo/Jurnal/Accurate) nilai tambah
BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive brand strategy with clear, consistent positioning.
  • Lead 360° campaigns and product launch storytelling.
  • Oversee digital & content marketing to boost awareness.
  • Build partnerships and manage PR for stronger visibility.
  • Lead the marketing team and work cross-functionally.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 4-7 years in Brand Marketing (FMCG/health/wellness preferred). Strong in campaign leadership & digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management. • Able to work onsite and manage multiple projects.
FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, AND TAX MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily finance operations, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead accounting & monthly closing: prepare key financial statements.
  • Ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance and handle all tax obligations.
  • Work with auditors/consultants and deliver financial insights to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
  • Strong financial reporting & analysis skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
  • Proficient with accounting software (Accurate/Xero/Jurnal/SAP).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
BRAND SALES MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales growth across all D2C channels.
  • Track performance, analyze trends, and hit targets.
  • Align sales with marketing + ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Open new sales channels & partnerships.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team; deliver clear forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-6 years in Sales/BD (FMCG or wellness is a plus).
  • Strong in strategy, analysis, CRM & reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on, fast-paced, and results-driven.
  • Bonus: Experience in wellness + Odoo/CRM/e-commerce tools.
PRODUCT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive products from idea to launch.
  • Lead research and shape product strategy.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, R&D, and internal teams.
  • Manage sampling, testing, and product performance.
  • Support cost, sourcing, and process optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-6 yrs in Product Mgmt/Development (FMCG/D2C/wellness ideal).
  • Strong research, execution, and coordination skills.
  • Organized, analytical, creative problem-solver.
  • Plus: formulation or supplier-side experience.
  • Bonus: ERP/PM tools (Odoo, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
