CONTACT CENTER

Requirement :

• Education min S1 all majors
• Maximum 35 years old
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a call center (Customer Service) in Telecommunication and Banking Companies, Fresh gradaute are welcome to apply
• Have English language skills (ACTIVE)
• Ready for working shifting
• Ready for training for 1 month
• Placement in Surakarta/Solo - Central Java

Job Description :

• Help solve customer problems / constrains via Telephone /Email/Application/Web/Social media
• Create customer or non customer reporting ticket
• Contacting customer (customers who need callbacks) to resolve customer problems/constraints
• Answering and resolving all customer questions/requests in accordance with Company regulations
• Ready to work with Target
