Kualifikasi :

• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Memiliki pengalaman dengan marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, JD.ID, Lazada, etc)
• Familiar dengan sosial media (Instagram, Fb, Twitter, Tiktok)
• Mengerti tentang Informasi Nilai Gizi merupakan nilai tambah
• Bisa desain grafis merupakan nilai tambah
• Cepat dan tanggap dalam menyelesaikan masalah
• Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik
• Cepat dalam mempelajari product knowledge
• Good looking dan percaya diri
• Bertanggung jawab, inisiatif tinggi, bisa self-learning

Jobdesk:

• Merespon chat customer baik di media sosial maupun marketplace.
• Menanggapi dan menghandle komplain customer dengan baik.
• Membantu customer yang kesulitan order melalui website.
• Mengecek transfer dan memproses orderan yang telah dibayar oleh customer.
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian keuangan bila ada transfer retur/refund.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim bila ada customer yang membatalkan/mengganti order.
• Mereview dan membalas ulasan di marketplace.
• Memfollow up pending /onhold order pada website.
• Membuat video review produk

STAFF MARKETING COMMUNICATION

Kualifikasi :

• Experienced in the same position or related field for min 2 years
• Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Independent and able to work in dynamic environment
• Having experience in handling marketing campaign, new product development and research
• Ability to coordinate with teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to explore new ideas in creating creative contents

Jobdesk:

• Responsible for providing, detailing and executing content ideas on brand’s social media starting from Tiktok, YouTube, and Instagram Feeds
• Provide ideas and execute weekly and monthly digital campaigns from the provided budget to increase engagement and awareness
• Responsible for brand image through visuals and content issued on all social media channels with various outputs (video, audio, visual, etc.)
• Make copywriting, angles and coordinate with the team to make it an output for the needs of selling products or services that will be advertised by the marketing team.
• Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
• Manage budget and monitor spend effectiveness for brand
• Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
