Requirements Loker Among Restaurant Solo Creative Marketing, Pastry Chef, Demi Pastry, Barista, Cleaning Service

CREATIVE MARKETING FOR ONLINE/OFFLINE

• Berpengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun & akan menjadi nilai plus jika di bidang F&B dan creative activation 
• Mengelola marketing offline & media online
• Membuat campaign dari tahap ide sampai eksekusi, bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja saat ada event atau kebutuhan promosi resto
• Disiplin, komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, bisa bekerja dalam tim maupun individu

PASTRY CHEF

• Min 2 years of experience in pastry production/R&D
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and product development
• Innovative mindset and attention to detail
• Able to works independently and collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Passionate about experimenting and creating new dessert concepts

Job Description

• Develop and test new pastry recipes and seasonal menus for Among products
• Standardize recipes and ensure consistency in quality and taste
• Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to improve current products
• Monitor ingredient costs and production feasibility

DEMI PASTRY

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry
• Creative and skilled in modern pastry techniques and plating
• Familiarity with Indonesian desserts is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and a team player
• Eager to learn and innovate

Responsibilities

• Daily production of desserts and pastries
• Develop new menu items aligned with our concept
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency

BARISTA

• Minimum 2 years experience in bar or beverage leadership role
• Strong knowledge of coffee, mocktails, mixology and beverage presentation (RnD)
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
• Able to lead, train, and supervise bar team
• Flexible schedule and able to work under pressure
• Passionate about hospitality and customer experience

CLEANING SERVICE

• Pendidikan min. SMA/sederajat
• Memiliki etos kerja yang baik & komunikatif
• Jujur, disiplin, peka, cekatan & inisiatif
