PADEL COACH

What do you do

• Deliver private and group coaching sessions for players of all levels.
• Design structured training programs focused on technique, tactics, and match play. 
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and motivating training environment.
• Support club activities, leagues, and tournaments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of playing and/or coaching experience in padel.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and official rules.
• Coaching certification is a plus (national or international preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

FRONT DESK STAFF

What do you do

• Welcome members and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Handle bookings, court reservations, and payment transactions accurately.
• Provide information about programs, memberships, and club facilities.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including calls, messages, and reports.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and represents the club's brand image.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Basic administrative and computer skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

CONTENT CREATOR (FREELANCE / PART-TIME)

What do you do

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop creative concepts aligned with the club's brand and campaign goals.
• Capture and edit content during events, matches, and daily club activities.
• Write compelling captions and assist in basic content scheduling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
• Able to work independently with flexible hours.
• Passion for sports (padel is a plus) and strong visual storytelling ability.
