ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Min. D3 education
- Good customer service skills (friendly, responsive, solution-oriented)
- Familiar with marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Willing to work flexible hours (including night shift if needed)
- CS / online shop admin experience is a plus
FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, AND TAX MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance operations, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead accounting & monthly closing; prepare key financial statements.
- Ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance and handle all tax obligations.
- Work with auditors/consultants and deliver financial insights to management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
- Strong financial reporting & analysis skills.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
- Proficient with accounting software (Accurate/Xero/Jurnal/SAP).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, & TAX STAFF
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Finance, Accounting & Tax operations
- Handle cash flow, AR/AP, billing, petty cash
- Reconcile financial data & support reporting (monthly-yearly)
- Assist closing, audit, and tax reporting (PPh, VAT, CIT)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
Qualifications
- D3/S1 Accounting/Finance/Tax (SMK with experience welcome)
- Understand PSAK & Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in Excel & accounting/tax tools (Accurate, e-Faktur, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines
- Willing to Work From Office in Sukoharjo
REGULATORY, QC & QA STAFF
Key Responsibilities
- Handle product registration & compliance (BPOM, Halal, Food Safety, SNI)
- Manage regulatory documents, certifications, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with food safety & labeling standards
- Coordinate with authorities and internal teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and support audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Min. 1 year experience in Regulatory Affairs (F&B industry)
- Knowledge of BPOM, Halal, and Food Safety regulations
- Strong documentation, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Willing to relocate to Sukoharjo
